I don't really know how to define it, cause what I have to say sounds quite unbelievable but since I started with mobility training I got to know my body better. Elís introduced me to the Mobility/Kinstretch world and since then I don't know what it is to have noisy knees or back pain after heavy lifting at the gym. We've been working a lot on my hips and honestly I am not walking anymore, I am flying. Even if I am not as consistent as I should be, I am able to see huge difference in the way my body moves. It's easier to understand the movements and it became pleasure to move.
